Marcos Garcia Ray (Spain) was a jury member for our European Cross-border Grants programme from 2019 to 2023. Mr. García Rey is an investigative reporter and editor. He is also a journalism trainer, writer and PhD candidate. He has worked on more than 20 cross-border investigations since 2010, 13 of them with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning 'Panama Papers'.
