Alejandro Saldívar is a journalist, photographer and professor at the UNAM.

His work lies at the intersection of investigative reporting and visual storytelling. Saldívar has led cross-border investigations into industrial pollution, environmental violence, and corporate extractivism in Latin America. He is co-founder and editor of Revista Late and has published on the visual politics of disappearance, state violence, and the global supply chains of steel, mercury, and agrotoxins.
