He studied Turkish philology and has more than 10 years of experience in independent journalism.
He focuses specifically on the socio-political effects of climate change and environmental degradation, minority and refugee rights, as well as the rise of far-right ideologies across the globe.
His work appeared in OKO.press, Nowa Europa Wschodnia, Krytyka Polityczna, Balkan Insight and Magazyn Kontakt.
In recent years he has been part of investigative journalism projects focused on the plight of Afghan refugees in Poland and Italian migrant detention camps in Albania.
