Lars Bové is a Belgian journalist and the coordinator of investigative journalism at the newspaper De Tijd.

He is a member of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) and also teaches investigative journalism.

Bové began his reporting career in 2003 as an investigative journalist for the Belgian magazine Humo, subsequently working for the Belgian newspaper De Tijd. He specialises in criminal cases, court cases, justice, the police, secret services, financial crime, fraud, the government and politics.

As an investigative reporter, he has exposed several scandals in Belgium, even forcing the Belgian government to resign, and has received awards for his work, including for his involvement in ICIJ investigations such as Luxembourg Leaks.

Bové is also the author of the bestseller De Geheimen van de Staatsveiligheid, a book about the Belgian secret service.
