DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The project builds on a merchandise shop and prioritizes three areas: expanding product lines, improving visual design and packaging, and conducting in-depth interviews to gather insights from our audience. These investments are aimed at turning the merch store into a more effective engagement and fundraising tool, helping us shift from survival mode to a more sustainable model rooted in community support.
GOALS
- Produce additional batches of branded merchandise and enhance packaging
- Conduct in-depth interviews to gather insights from potential and existing supporters
- Launch a targeted communication campaign encouraging merch buyers to become regular supporters
- Analyze sales, engagement, and donor conversion data, and publish a summary report to inform our strategy and inspire other regional media
